Stop Settling! How Being a Little Braver Can Shift Everything || with Christiana Hill of the Art of Bravery

Wednesday, August 15, 2018

Christiana Hill and her husband were living a perfectly prescribed life.  And they were miserable.

Going off the script for them--which involved quitting their jobs, saying more empowered "no's," and moving into a remodeled school bus (a "skoolie")--was the opposite of easy, but it was exactly what they needed.

You don't need to make such drastic changes to alter the course of your life, too.  In fact, Christiana preaches that "being brave is in the every day actions."  Finding small ways to ignite some courage will build a foundation for bigger acts of bravery when you need to step up, and step out, in ways that are truer to who you really want to become.

Listen in to learn how this can look for you and why it's worth getting a little uncomfortable.
