1. When does the course start?  As soon as you enroll, you have access. Take it at your own pace! The course is designed to take 6 weeks when broken up into one lesson per week.
2. How do I listen to the lessons? You can listen to the lessons streaming directly from the "Finding Me Portal," for which you'll create a login when you sign up. Instructions will be provided within the course on how to listen from both your desktop and your phone!
3. What does "Lifetime Access" mean? This means that you will be able to access the course for the lifetime of its existence. That includes any-to-all additions that the course may eventually have, at no extra cost to you. Yay!!
4. How much time will this course require? This is a foundational course, so it's designed to be doable. For 6 weeks, your weekly lesson will be ~40 minutes in length; your weekly reflection in the Workbook will require another 15-30 minutes of time. The rest of your level of involvement, including implementation of what you learn, is totally up to you!
