Happy 9 Year (Podcast) Anniversary!!

Oct 31, 2025

November 8th is the 9 year anniversary of the About Progress podcast!

Each year, I do a big giveaway to celebrate, giving away some of my favorite things.

Here are the details, including how you can enter, and the rolling list of winners. (+ Scroll down to see a breakdown on the products + links on where to get them, if you so desire.)

It's the EASIEST WAY TO ENTER, EVER!

-->Simply leave a rating and review on Apple Podcasts.<--

That's it! Check back here to see if you won. I'll announce one winner each week until the end of the year.

Quick important notes: Apple Podcasts can take a few days up to a few weeks to enter, hence the December 15th deadline to enter so you have a chance to win.

Since this is a rolling giveaway, the sooner you enter, the more likely you are to win, thanks to a smaller pool to draw from.

Leaving a rating and review is one of the most helpful things you can do for the show--a win-win!

Thank you for your years of support. Let's make it to year 10, shall we?

Want to get some of these favorite things? Affiliate links + quick explanations, below:

Tartelette Lengthening & Tubing Mascara: I tried using some other mascaras, and I just keep coming back to this one. It goes on smoothly, one coat is all you need, yes your eyelashes appear longer, AND it's easy to wash off without damaging your eyelashes, thanks to it being tubing mascara. This product is worth branching out from drugstore mascara.

Anastasia Brow Freeze Gel: This is the easiest way to laminate your brows. I ADORE this product--your brows don't move, but the gel dries really clear so you don't have white brows. I do layer on a little brown brow gel from ELF just to ensure that, but I love love the results. My brows look fuller and don't go every which way.

GoPure Beauty Tighten & Lift Neck Cream: This product started as a podcast sponsor, but I'm nearly to my second empty jar of it. It's the kind of thing I use my own code to restock. It's lightweight, not greasy, GREAT for my sensitive skin, and I see a noticeable difference. Use code "PROGRESS" to get up to 25% off at checkout.

Hedley & Bennet Chef's Towels: I have lots of towels from another popular brand that many influencers share about all. the. time. These are better. They don't stain nearly as easily, are very absorbent, look great, and wash very well. ALL kinds of wins in my book.

Hedley & Bennet Chef's Smock Apron: I have this apron in two colors and wear one every single night while cooking dinner. I don't love things that are too tight around the waist so the smock style is a win for me. The pockets often house cooking tools or my phone/airpod case while I cook, and I often find msyelf keeping it on far after dinner has ended as it keeps my clothes clean without me feeling dowdy. The linen has worn well, and I'm hard on these aprons. Winner will get the color pictured above, Harissa Red.

Jenny Bird Mini-Florence Earrings: Jenny Bird stalked me on Instagram ads for years before I finally took the plunge with these earrings. They make a statement, while still be both classy and no overplayed. They're not heavy, go with everything, and make you feel gorgeous. They heighten ANY outfit, too. Winner can choose between gold or silver.

Rothy's Casual Clogs: NEW FAVE! I saw these floating around the Internet last year, but waited until I was absolutely sure I wanted them. Once I got them, it was one of those times where I actually regretted being a "responsible" costumer and waiting. They are incredibly supportive and comfortable, and weirdly go with a whole variety of outfits from sweatsuits to normal attire. I have worn them constantly, and I LOVE that I can wash them--so I don't baby them.

Gap VintageSoft Sweatsuit: TOP & BOTTOM. I bought TWO of these last year, and I plan to buy another this year--they are that good. The combo is VERY soft, comfy, and roomy--I'm a big fan. I wear them almost every Sunday in cooler months, but I wouldn't hesitate to wear them around town when paired with other items. There are multiple colors to choose from--winner may select the color they prefer.

Quince Crescent Handwoven Shoulder Bag: This may be my favorite bag I've ever owned. I originally got it for my trip to London and have worn it nearly every day since. You can wear it cross body or on the shoulder, it's big enough to hold everything (including my water bottle!) without being bulky, it goes with everything, and it's both good quality but not soooooo nice that I have to be super precious with it (like I am with the Clare V. bag I own). The lucky winner can choose the size and color they prefer!

Thank you again for 9 years!
