You don't need more to do,
you need more of "YOU"
A FREE virtual conference helping busy moms feel more like themselves again in their happiness, habits, health, home, and hobbies.
SEPTEMBER 28–OCTOBER 4
25 experts. 5 pillars. 7 days to watch or listen on your schedule.
What kind of MORE do you need right now?
Maybe you want . . .
MORE ENERGY because you're tired of feeling tired.
MORE CALM because you're tired of losing it and feeling terrible afterward.
MORE FUN because family life has started feeling like one giant checklist.
MORE TIME FOR YOU without the guilt.
MORE CONFIDENCE in your body, habits, money, home, or choices.
MORE INTERESTS because somewhere along the way, you stopped knowing what you liked.
MORE EASE with the everyday stuff that's taking up way too much mental space.
You don't need all of these.
You just need the MORE that matters to you.
The More for Moms Conference is structured into five main pillars, each designed to give you the boost where you need it.
Where could YOU use a little "more?"
Choose the pillar(s) that are right for you and the speakers whose topics speak to your needs.
HAPPINESS
I want to feel more like myself—not just survive my days.
HABITS
I want routines that actually work with my real life, in ways that help.
HEALTH
I want to feel better without making wellness my full-time job.
HOME
I want family and home life to feel lighter and more connected.
HOBBIES
I want something in my life that's mine simply because I enjoy it.
Each world-class speaker will teach deep and practical ways for mothers to access more fulfillment, joy, and progress in their lives.
This shift matters not only because it helps enrich their families, but because each woman is a person in her own right and is worthy of more.
Since this conference isn't about doing more, know that you don't have to catch every single speaker session to make the most of this conference. Prioritize the most important few sessions, and fit in any others where and how you can. Preview our speakers' topics, below.

Somewhere along the way, we learned that being a “good mom” meant needing less.
Less time. Less attention. Less rest. Less ambition. Less fun. Less room to simply be a person.
But becoming a mother shouldn't require becoming less of a person.
More for Moms exists because your growth, interests and fulfillment matter. Not only because they affect your family.
They matter because YOU matter.
And it's GOOD to want more.
All moms deserve
MORE in their happiness, habits, health, home, and hobbies.

Meet the Conference host!
Hi, I'm Monica Packer.
My desire for "more" as a mother started 11 years ago. As a then-mom-of-3, I hit several breaking points: I was unfulfilled, maxed out, and surprisingly resentful of the life I had always wanted. Why? Because I had been dead-last on my own list for years.
I knew I had to find a way to put myself on the list outside of my old all-or-nothing ways: my own growth, self-care, and interests.
This shift didn't just change my life—it changed my entire family’s. My day-to-day life doesn’t look all that different on the outside. But my life feels completely different. Why? Because Mom is herself.
I began a podcast, About Progress, to share what I was discovering and to learn more from others. As the podcast grew, I became a certified coach to better help women make “more” out of their lives. My podcast has now amassed millions of downloads and I have taught thousands of women through my courses and coaching to do something and grow in ways that stick.
My first book, Sticky Habits, fills the gap in the "bro self-help" space. It helps busy women form habits that actually stick, so they can have the support they deserve.
This conference was born out of my own experience as a mom who loved her family deeply but still found herself feeling depleted, resentful, and disconnected from herself.
What I've learned is that when moms have more in their lives, they have more to give—not because they're sacrificing less, but because they're finally including themselves in the equation.
