Finally, a self-help book that doesn't make you feel bad about yourself.
Sticky Habits: A Woman’s Guide to Reclaim Happiness, Ditch Perfectionism, and Create Habits That Last is not about discipline, hustle, or productivity.
It’s about rebuilding self-trust and support, even while stretched thin.
“This feels like not only a huge step in the right direction for women who read this book, but for the entire women’s self-help industry.”
~Candace, mom of 4
