Does this sound familiar? You . . .

overreact with your loved ones
It's not like you to react instead of respond, but that's what you tend to do lately; and in ways that aren't reflective of who you are and how much you love those you're reacting to.

never seem to have enough timeÂ
Despite non-stop movement, your head hits the pillow each night with so much left undone. You're running on fumes and don't like how life feels.

numb out too much, too oftenÂ
Thanks to your permanent state of overwhelm, you get stuck in inaction. All the numbing out doesn't make you feel numb--it only makes you feel more stressed.
Let me guess, when people hear how stressed you are, they respond,
"Don't be!" or "Just relax!"
Â
We've all heard the advice that some self-care helps with stress.
But, when we try--it seems to fall flat, or be so infrequent that our attempts feel like little bandaids on a giant wound.
Can I kindly say . . .Â
Self-care isn't what you think it is!
Â
Bubble baths, pedicures, and girls nights out all have their place. But, to better manage your stress, you need the kind of personal and consistent care you can count on.
The best part? It doesn't have to take that much time or energy.
In fact, some of the most powerful forms of managing our stress come through small and simple habits.Â
I'm going to teach you what they are and help you choose ones that will make the biggest difference for you--and soon.
You'll leave this LIVE and online 60-minute workshop with:Â
- A personal plan on what you'll do to better manage, prevent, and heal your stress through small and simple self-care habits
- A redefinition of what self-care is and what it looks like, so that you feel equipped to work on your stress with limited time, energy, and even money
- More trust in your body and what it's trying to tell you
- A sense of relief, better understanding that your chronic stress isn't because you aren't strong or resilient enough

All for $157 $37!
Pssst: this is a genuine workshop, not a webinar where you'll be sold something.
In our time together, you'll learn:Â
- The “3 Myths of Stress” and how you can counteract them by better noticing and validating your stress effects and stress triggers.
- The “3 Myths of Self-Care” and how the 3 levels of self-care help improve your relationship with stress in both doable and effective ways.
- The “Self-Care Plan” you’ll create to help you prevent, heal, and better manage your stress.

Meet your teacher, Monica Packer
Â
Hi! I'm a mom of 5 who often finds herself in a state of overwhelm.
What's that? you say . . .Â
That's right, I'm not teaching this workshop because I'm stress-free; I'm teaching it because I can help you manage your stress so it has less impact on your everyday life.
As the primary caretaker of the kids who also works part-time, I know what it's like to end most days feeling like you barely scratched the surface on what needed to get done.Â
And yet, I can tell you then I mostly feel fulfilled and that I'm leading a meaningful life. My life is stressful; but I don't often nor easily feel stressed-out.
I credit that to many years of learning how to take better care of myself in ways that are small AND powerful.
My expertise has blessed hundreds of women's lives who have taken part of my coaching programs and classes--women just like you.
I want you to know that goal of managing stress isn't to eliminate it completely; research shows that's not even possible.
Instead, the goal is to learn how to access tools that help you process the stress differently. (Read: better.)
In this workshop, I'll help you understand and validate how stress is showing up for you, ways you can stay on top of your triggers, and small and simple self-care habits that are scientifically proven to help you stress less (+ prevent stress, and heal from chronic stress, too).Â
You shouldn't have to do more to stress less! Learn how with me.
